September. Not many other boats in sight. Still warm waters. Easy and relaxing sailing during the day. Enjoying the silence of Finnish Archipelago. Good food, good company and sauna to top it all.

We will be heading first to west. For the weekend we sail towards north. Maybe visit Uusikaupunki if someone is coming or leaving. So there is a change for a shorter sailing trip. On Sunday we will be at Laitakari, Luvia. On Monday the boat will be lifted from the water.

Possible daily program: 08-10am wake up, breakfast. 10am-4pm sailing to next destination. 4-6pm exploring the surroundings. 6-10pm dinner and sauna.

Every day we plan to sail 10-30 NM to a new destination.

Maximum group size is three persons + skipper. Come alone or with friends.

Vene veteen ja purjehdus Laitakarista Turkuun

Veneen lasku. Masto pystyyn. Purjeet paikoilleen. Upeat purjehduspäivät odottavat. (loppuunmyyty)

Kokoontuminen sopimuksen mukaan Poriin, Luvialle tai Laitakariin.

Ensimmäinen päivä alkaa veneen vesille laskulla. Sopivassa rytmissä laitamme maston pystyyn, puomin paikalleen ja virittelemme purjeet. Käymme hakemassa tarvittavan määrän ruokaa ja juomaa purjehdusta varten. Kun vene on kunnossa, lähdemme liikkeelle.

Matkan pituus Laitakarista Turkuun on n. 100NM. Perjantaina etenemme lyhyen pätkän tutustuen veneeseen ja purjehtimiseen. Lauantai ja sunnuntai ovat pidempiä matkapäiviä (vene liikkeellä 8-12 tuntia). Maanantaina saavumme Turkuun. Matkan 3 yötä vietämme vierasvenesatamissa.

Tällä reissulla sinulla on mahdollisuus nähdä miten purjevene valmistellaan talven jälkeen purjehduksille. Purjehdus tulee myös olemaan hieno kokemus. Reitin alkupuolisko menee pitkin Selkämeren rannikkoa ja loppupuolisko läpi Saaristomeren.

Purjehduksesta sinun ei tarvitse tietää mitään. Kaikki tarvittava opetetaan paikan päällä. Veneessä oleminen kannattaa olla jonkin verran tuttua jo etukäteen. Ensikertalaiselle erityisesti lauantai ja sunnuntai voivat olla pitkiä päiviä veneen liikkuessa jatkuvasti.

Moving around with the wind. It's the peak of Finnish sailing season. 4 berths available.

We meet at Turku (if not agreed otherwise). We'll go through the sailing plan for the week. Go shopping and get to know the boat. Days 2-6 we'll spend exploring the Finnish Archipelago. On day 7 (Saturday) we'll return to Turku. You have the possibility to stay onboard until Sunday.

Normal daily program: 08-10am wake up, breakfast, shopping. 10am-4pm sailing to next destination. 4-6pm exploring the surroundings. 6-10pm dinner and sauna.

The route we choose depends on wind direction and crew opinions. Normally we spend one night in each harbor. We'll sail 10-30nm every day.
